1.How to order:

You can order our business gifts products by Fax, E-mail & Order online;

2.Size & Style:

You can offer silk-screen printing products in any size or style at the right price.

3.Pick out your favourite products from:

4.Process:

　 a). you confirm order and pay the advance;

　 b). we design the products to your requirements and then e-mail the sample to you for confirmation;

　 c). we make your products;

　 d). we e-mail photographing of the product to you for final confirmation;

　 e). we deliver the products to you.

5.Price:

　 a). Ask for the quotation according to your demand. 

　 b). For a cost estimate on customized screen printing please send an email with your requirements.

6.Confirm order:

　 Send us the product number, photos, size, and other requirements by:

　 we will e-mail you a scanned confirmative order form.

7.payment:

　 50% in advance, and the other 50% must be paid Before we consign.

8.Lead Time:

Production lead times commence from receipt of purchase order, cleared payment and any other relevant information. If applicable, production will only commence upon receipt of print ready digital artwork. Lead times could extend if any additional work or special requirements are ordered not included in the original quotation or if there is a delay in client's approval of any required proofs. Production lead times are subject to confirmation at time of placing the purchase order.


9.Transport:

Can be transported by air on an airport to airport basis or by sea. The approximate transit time is 5 days or above.

10. After service:

Chinee is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems.
