Q. How can I get your price list?
A. Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.

Q. How could I get samples?
A. We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars .If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or, send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

Q. How do I place my order?
A. You can place your order online or by phone. If placing a custom order, you should send your vector artwork to: info@gifts-China.net or export@gifts-China.net

Q.How long will it take to process my order?
A.Because we work with so many factories, delivery times vary. Stock items are usually shipped from the factory with 24-48 hours. During the busy holiday season, it may take a day or two longer. For custom orders, most will ship approximately 10-15 business days after you approve the proof. Depending on the factory, your order could ship sooner. PLEASE NOTE: The amount of time it takes to produce and ship an order does not include weekend days. UPS and FEDEX do not normally deliver on weekends unless you specify a weekend delivery and are willing to pay the hefty surcharges.

Q. Is shipping included in the price of my order?
A. Shipping charges are additional charges and are not included in the price of the goods you have ordered. We can give you an approximate shipping cost when you place your order, but the exact shipping charges are not known until the day the order ships. You will be charged for the shipping.

Q. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A. Yes! Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo or depends on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

Q. How can I be sure that the promotional gift I have ordered will be correctly personalized?
A. We will supply you with a proof before production to allow you to satisfy yourself that the branding is correct and as you intended. We will only proceed with the production of your order on receipt of your signed approval.

Q. What's the Min Order Quantity?
A. Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually we do not accept less than USD 1000 worth of order(many model sum).

Q. Can I get a rush order?
A. Yes, in most instances you can. Most of our factories charge a surcharge, to cover additional costs to get your order done as a rush. You are responsible for any rush surcharges and any expedited shipping charges.

Q. Do you give discounts?
A. Yes. The prices printed in our catalogue are given as a guide only. The price we quote you is a non standard price and reflects our commitment to quote the most competitive price possible. By quoting really keen prices we find that most of our customers come back to us time and time again because they know we offer a competitive and reliable service that saves them money.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards, certified funds and electronic payments.
